About the role As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will help ensure that our applications deliver excellent performance, scalability, and reliability before reaching production. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, architects, DevOps Engineers, and Infrastructure Teams to design, execute, and analyze performance tests that validate system behavior under realistic workloads. Your work will contribute directly to improving customer experience, reducing production risks, and supporting high-quality software delivery across multiple business domains. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern performance engineering practices, enterprise-scale applications, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms while continuously developing your technical expertise across different technology stacks. Why Join Us You'll become part of a growing Performance Engineering team responsible for ensuring the scalability, resilience, and reliability of enterprise applications across multiple business domains and entities. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to enterprise-scale systems, modern testing technologies, observability platforms, automation practices, and cloud-native architectures while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities Performance Test Planning Participate in discovery/analysis sessions to understand business objectives and non-functional requirements (NFRs). Asses potential performance risks introduced by new features or architectural changes. Define appropriate performance testing strategies based on business and technical requirements. Design comprehensive Performance Test Plans/Assessment Documents, covering scope, objectives, workload models, success criteria, and execution approaches. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify assumptions, risks, and expected system behavior. Test Design & Script Development Develop reusable and maintainable performance test scripts. Design realistic workload models based on production usage patterns and be able to propose proper approaches for load testing the applications. Implement parametrization, correlation, dynamic data handling, and reusable components either in new-script or by using existing frameworks. Support testing across Web, Mobile, API, and microservice architectures. Maintain test assets following coding and documentation standards. Performance Test Execution
