We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong technical background, ideally someone who started their career in software development and evolved into quality engineering and solution architecture. This professional will play a key role in defining automation strategies, challenging existing solutions, and driving quality excellence across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, ensuring scalable and reliable quality processes.
• Evaluate when test automation adds real value, assessing risks, benefits, and alternative approaches to maximize efficiency.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) and establish QA best practices that can be replicated across different teams and domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to improve quality maturity, challenge existing solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java.
• Solid background in QA Automation and software quality practices.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions from scratch.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
