Strong manual QA fundamentals and test case/regression execution

4 Way Technologies is an IT company well known for its cutting edge technologies used for developing AI applications and other software applications. We are growing our QA team and looking for a talented QA with 1-3 years of experience to join our company at the earliest.

The QA Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality across customer-facing AI applications, internal platforms, APIs, and mobile experiences. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues, validating releases, and strengthening quality processes through structured testing and collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and test cases for web platforms, admin tools, APIs, and mobile applications. Perform functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman and investigate backend issues through database queries and technical analysis. Test new features, hotfixes, payments, subscriptions, and production releases to ensure smooth user experiences. Monitor, reproduce, and document defects while maintaining clear communication with engineering and product stakeholders. Act as a quality gatekeeper by reviewing releases, identifying risks, and ensuring critical workflows remain stable. Analyze application performance and user behavior using tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, GA4, and similar analytics platforms. Support security testing activities using established testing frameworks and best practices. Use AI tools to improve QA workflows, including test case generation, bug reporting, exploratory testing, and productivity improvements. Identify opportunities to introduce lightweight automation and improve testing efficiency over time.
