Position: UAT Tester Lead

Industry: Banking

Tenure: 3-Months Contract (Renewable)

Working Location: Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta

Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand user requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria. Prepare and manage test data to support effective UAT execution. Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that systems meet business needs and user expectations. Identify, document, and track defects, and work with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution prior to release. Provide regular (daily) test progress updates and reporting to stakeholders. Perform regression testing to ensure that system enhancements or fixes do not impact existing functionalities. Deliver clear, concise, and actionable feedback on test outcomes, system behavior, and overall quality. Collaborate with developers and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation to support audit and compliance requirements. Support end-to-end testing activities, including live/prod validation throughout the release lifecycle. Support Google Analytics Testing including documentation and defect management. Lead and coordinate UAT activities across assigned projects, including task allocation, testing schedules, and progress monitoring. Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to junior testers or team members to ensure testing quality and consistency.

Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required. Minimum 6 years of experience in UAT, QA Testing, or Application Testing. Prior experience in banking, digital banking, fintech, or financial services industry is preferred. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and test documentation. Experience in executing UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end testing activities. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar. Demonstrated ability to lead testing activities, coordinate stakeholders, and drive testing deliverables within project timelines. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory) and English with professional working proficiency. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
