Role: Functional Tester Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Mandarin/Cantonese Language Support

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor - Near LRT Asia Jaya

Skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Marketing tools, Basic HTML, SQL

Role Expectation

• Communicate with project team for Manual testing requirement and provide estimation
• Ascertain and understand application architecture involved in test
• Writing of test cases and test scenarios

Must Have Requirements

• SFMC experience (or equivalent Marketing Automation tools)
• Basic understanding of HTML, SQL.
• Communication in Cantonese and writing Chinese is a must
• Hands-on defects / bugs handling experiences and how to mitigate them

Tools: Familiarity with JIRA and test management tools Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Good communication skills in English & Mandarin/Cantonese to support the client & market
