Job Summary

The Automation QA Assistant Manager supports the QA Manager in leading the automation testing efforts across software development projects. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality software through the implementation of automated testing strategies, tools, and frameworks. The position involves team coordination, test planning, and hands-on scripting, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*** - Automation Strategy & Execution:** Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts usingtools like Selenium, Playwright, UFT, or Cypress.

Implement and manage test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and performance
testing.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in
automation best practices.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to
define test strategies. - Assist in resource planning and task allocation
within the QA team.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Review test plans, test cases, and test
