Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and execute manual test cases for web and APIbased applications
Perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing
Validate API responses using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI
Log track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools
Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
Monitor application health and performance using tools like DataDog or Splunk
Document test results prepare test summary reports and participate in release readiness reviews
Use ServiceNow SNOW for incident tracking change requests and test documentation if applicable
Required Skills
Min 3 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on functional and API testing
Proficiency in Postman JIRA and test case management tools
Understanding of RESTful APIs JSONXML formats and HTTP methods
