About Position

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer who can Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Python. Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Create and maintain Playwright-based automation solutions for web applications. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, product owners, and business analysts to define test strategies. Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis. Improve automation coverage, framework reusability, and framework efficiency. Support release validation, smoke testing, regression testing, and production verification activities. Create and maintain automation documentation, test plans, and execution reports. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog reviews.

Expertise You'll Bring

5 to 8 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Framework development. Excellent programming skills in Python. Mandatory hands-on experience with Playwright. Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing. Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of API Testing and Automation. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
