Job Title: QA Architect Lead

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid Job Description Design, implement, and continuously improve QA frameworks, testing strategies, and automation architecture. Drive test automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, scalability, and overall product quality. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, technical, integration, and edge-case scenarios. Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align QA strategies with system design and technical requirements. Identify, analyze, and prevent defects through effective testing practices and root-cause analysis. Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in testing and automation. Ensure QA processes comply with quality standards, security requirements, and ISMS policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4–6 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in automation, QA architecture, or advanced testing roles. Strong expertise in web application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality validation. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, automation strategies, and QA best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming or scripting languages. Working knowledge of databases and SQL. Background in security testing and vulnerability assessment. Experience working in Agile development environments. Experience mentoring QA professionals and leading automation initiatives.
