Project Role Description: Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to customer relationship management systems. Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort. Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
