Project Role Description: Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes. Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within testing environments.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
