**Role & seniority: ** Glazing Estimator (likely mid-level; preferred ~5 years experience). Reports to Glazing Estimating Manager.
**Location & work type: ** Mississauga, ON (Head Office: 6675 Rexwood Rd). Permanent, full-time, onsite. Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
**Stack/tools: ** Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, estimating databases; architectural drawings/specs/tender documents.
**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Review architectural drawings/specifications/tenders and interpret glazing requirements.

Produce quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid proposals for glazing systems (e.g., curtain wall/window wall/storefront).

Source and coordinate pricing/availability with suppliers and subcontractors; collaborate with PM/design/site teams and maintain pricing history.
**Must-have skills: **

Strong construction document understanding and glazing systems knowledge.

Estimating accuracy with solid math/analytical skills (including value engineering support).

Proficiency in Excel (required).

Bluebeam proficiency.

Strong communication/interpersonal skills and organization; manage tight deadlines.
**Nice-to-haves: **

Experience with stick and unitized curtain wall and interior glazing systems.

Familiarity with doors & hardware, glazed balustrades, canopies.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for glazing projects Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services Develop and submit bid proposals within tight timelines Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost scopes Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating databases to streamline your workflow Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating accuracy
What You Bring to the Team A confident and extroverted approach to client interactions, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term business relationships Preferably 5 years of experience in glazing estimating Strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems Proven experience with stick and unitized curtain wall systems, interior glazing systems, doors & hardware, glazed balustrades, canopies, etc. Solid analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required Proficiency in Bluebeam Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $75,000-$95,000+ (Based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
Reports To: Glazing Estimating Manager
