Role Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated tests for web and APIs Work with developers and product teams to understand features and test needs Improve test coverage and speed up release cycles with automation Manage test tools and frameworks Lead testing efforts for new features and major releases Track bugs, analyze failures, and help fix issues Suggest process improvements Keep test systems scalable and easy to maintain

Must-have Requirements

Java – 3+ years of experience Selenium – 3+ years of experience RestAssured – good knowledge SQL – good knowledge Git – good knowledge Maven – good knowledge CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines – basic knowledge Spring – basic knowledge BrowserStack or similar tools – basic knowledge TestRail or similar tools – basic knowledge Jira and Slack – working knowledge Chrome DevTools – working knowledge Very good command of English Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment Strong team player Very good problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Nice-to-have Requirements

Gatling – experience with performance testing Accessibility testing experience Proactive mindset Interest in advancing agentic ways of working by exploring and applying AI-driven tools and approaches that improve team efficiency and quality beyond traditional testing activities
