Responsibilities
Communicate complex design concepts to inspire alignment around NorthStar future-state experiences Apply prescribed design systems including templates, UI controls, icons, and navigation models Deliver design artifacts across varying levels of fidelity (e.g., wireframes, storyboards, journey maps, personas) Create compelling visual design documentation to support customer experience from concept to delivery Build strategic partnerships to champion customer-centric, scalable experiences Synthesize customer insights and data to uncover deeper systemic issues Present holistic solutions across multiple altitudes and stakeholder groups Use digital and physical tools to visualize and validate design concepts with stakeholders Facilitate open communication through peer reviews and stakeholder engagement Leverage diverse research methodologies (interviews, surveys, quantitative/qualitative studies) Design and support remote workshops to drive collaborative innovation Apply deep expertise in Customer Experience Design and Design Thinking
