Senior QA Automation Engineer (eKYC)
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation and API testing to support a strategic digital transformation program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, automation, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend APIs and integrations. Execute manual and automated testing across APIs, web applications, and data flows. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and support defect resolution. Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders. Contribute to release readiness activities and quality assurance processes. Promote testing best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in QA Testing and Test Automation. Strong programming skills in Python or Java. Hands-on experience with API Testing and Automation. Experience with tools/frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, PyTest, or Requests. Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data validation. Experience with SQL and database testing. Knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to Have Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Banking or Financial Services experience. Exposure to UAT coordination. Knowledge of Wealth Management products and processes.
