Full Description
Summary: As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for framework architecture, quality engineering strategy, CI/CD integration, service virtualization, and organizational quality improvements for mission critical Airline Operations applications. You will mentor engineers and drive improvements that prevent defects earlier in the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Airline Operations applications and services

Develop mocks, stubs, test harnesses, and test data solutions.

Translate complex Airline Operations workflows into comprehensive automation strategies and end-to-end test scenarios.

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
-
Lead API, integration, end-to-end, and mobile automation strategy.
-
Drive shift-left testing initiatives and defect prevention practices.
-
Troubleshoot complex automation, framework, environment, and integration issues.

Work closely with Airline Operations stakeholders, Gather and analyze automation metrics specific to quality and software testing.

Mentor SDETs, automation engineers, QA Analysts, and development partners.

Partner with development, DevOps, infrastructure, product, and business stakeholders.
Minimum Experience
Five years of software development, automation engineering, or quality engineering experience. Prior airline industry experience with hands-on knowledge of Airline Operations is required for this position. Experience should include developing, testing, integrating, or supporting mission-critical airline operational systems and understanding how changes or failures within one system can affect downstream operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications
