Top 3 responsibilities:

Design/develop/implement production test equipment and processes for electronics manufacturing.

Ensure process capability and quality targets during launch and serial production stabilization (ramp-up).

Coordinate industrialization activities (meetings, equipment ordering, installation/documentation) and handover to production; support audits/crisis situations.

Must-have skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Mechatronics.

3+ years developing production test systems.

Advanced English.

Strong hands-on knowledge of test protocols/systems and industrialization/quality methods.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sibiu. Remote work is not available for this role.
As an Industrialization Engineer responsible for Test Development,you will design, develop and implement equipment for electronics manufacturing, ensuring process capability and quality performance from project launch through serial production stabilization.

Participating in industrialization meetings, ordering equipment, creatingdocumentation, coordinatinginstallations, monitoringperformance, and handing over equipment and processes to the production team. Ensuringprocess capability and achievement of quality targets during product launch and ramp-up phases. Maintainingand developingtechnical know-how, while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and standards. Providing support during crisis situations and preparing quotations for new projects. Supporting the introduction of new technologies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities, and technical problem-solving; Supportingnew product launches, design and process reviews, and strategic projects. Maintaining anetwork of technology partners and ensuringinformation transparency. Creatingroadmaps for new technologies, monitoringmarket trends, and evaluatingnew technologies and products. Preparingfor and participating in audits.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing production test systems. Advanced English skills
