You Are

You are a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in test and validation engineering, particularly within the hardware and software co-verification domain. You possess a deep understanding of Linux environments and are proficient with scripting languages such as bash and tcsh. You are adaptable, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and are willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support customer sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing Synopsys hardware at various customer sites, both domestically and internationally. Collaborating with hardware engineering and manufacturing teams to analyze potential hardware failures and define corrective actions. Maintaining accurate data on all hardware activities and providing periodic reports to management. Working closely with manufacturing teams to review the production process, ensuring superior quality of Synopsys hardware. Integrating boards into complete systems by preparing chassis, mounting mechanical parts on electronic boards, and wiring cabling. Providing technical support and guidance to customers to enhance the usability and adoption of Synopsys products.

What You’ll Need

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in test and validation engineering. Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting languages such as bash and tcsh. Experience with hardware installation and maintenance at customer sites. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve hardware issues. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
