Description

Oxford International Phoenix is looking for a test proctor to assist in administering and monitoring the IELTS test, an English Language Proficiency Test used for immigration and academic enrolment purposes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Help set up test paraphernalia Handle Sensitive Information and Material in a Professional and Secure Manner Register test takers and make sure no contraband items are permitted in the test room Read instructions in clear spoken, fluent English Monitor test takers during the test to help trouble shoot and make sure no malpractice or cheating occurs during the test Report any suspicious activity to supervisor during test Provide excellent customer service Assist in post-exam administrative duties as necessary Take down test paraphernalia Attend trainings as necessary
