Job Description

Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of semiconductor tester & handlers to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production operations..

Key Responsibilities

Set up and qualify new tester & handlers for production. Troubleshoot tester & handler issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and throughput. Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs. Drive continuous improvement projects on productivity, quality, and cost. Train and support technicians on tester & handler operation and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Basic understanding of electro-mechanical system, pneumatic system fundamentals. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good to Have

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Semiconductor test & handler platforms (e.g. SPEA, ETS, JHT, Cohu, Multitest, Advantest, Hontech, Seiko Epson). Knowledge of machine automation, motors, robotics, and vision systems Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, and DOE.
