Full Description
Job Description
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for both STP and non-STP underwriting cases to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and SOPs.
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of application documents and supporting requirements.
- Identify underwriting process gaps, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and document findings accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain monthly QA reports, including findings analysis and trend monitoring.
- Present QA findings and recommendations to the Head of Department and relevant stakeholders.
- Support facultative reinsurance administration for major and revival cases, including preparation of correspondence to reinsurers.
- Maintain and update facultative records, reports, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or quality assurance is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of life insurance underwriting processes and risk assessment principles.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of data and documentation.
- Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
