Role & seniority: Agile UAT Specialist (6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to FTE)

Job Title: Agile UAT Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive User Acceptance Tester (UAT) to support our Print Services team. This role is part of the Banking Operations Product Delivery group and plays a critical role in validating print job accuracy, ensuring output meets business and regulatory requirements, and supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate printed/rendered output against business requirements and specifications.
Execute UAT test scripts and document results using tools such as Octane, Jira, and Confluence to satisfy SDLC requirements.
Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and business partners to resolve issues.
Provide traceability documentation and scanned samples for approval.
Coordinate with Print Services and production teams to validate job destinations, form numbers, job priorities, and output types.
Support pre-printing verification including file receipt, job naming, and dispatch classifications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project calls to collaborate across time zones to meet sprint goals.
Utilize automation tools for efficiency and quality related to test script creation and processing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with Mainframe/HOGAN applications, Banking Operations systems; experience with print job workflows.
