Role & seniority: QA Supervisor (Print & Mail Operations); mid-to-senior level leadership responsible for QA across print and mail teams.
Stack/tools: QA software; reporting tools; MS Office Suite; experience with Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.
Supervise daily QA activities for print and mail production teams; coordinate cross-functional quality efforts.
Manage 7–10 employees’ hiring, training, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; coach on technical/soft/business skills.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality improvement roadmaps; drive process improvements and compliance with standards.
Leadership and people management; ability to drive a culture of quality.
Analytical/problem-solving capability to identify issues and implement improvements.
Strong communication (verbal/written) for coaching and cross-functional collaboration; organizational/planning skills.
Experience implementing TQM programs; familiarity with print/mail operations.
Availability to support a 24/6 team (including Saturday check-ins) and on-site visits as needed.

Location: Plano, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am – Clean desk

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
Organizational: Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in QA software, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite. Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 – $63,000.
