**Role & seniority: ** Test Development Engineer (fresh graduates welcome; also suitable for early-career/entry level)

**Location & work type: ** Travel to OSATs (including overseas) for NPI/support/efficiency activities; likely hybrid/field support + onsite at OSATs as needed.

**Stack/tools: **

  • Languages: C++

  • Testing/ATE tools: ETS88 and ASL1000 (added advantage)

  • Domain: Analog & mixed-signal power management semiconductor testing

  • Hardware: computer hardware familiarity for test systems

**Top 3 responsibilities: **

  1. Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog/mixed-signal power management semiconductor components.

  2. Ensure smooth deployment of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe/test solutions at OSATs.

  3. Partner with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software + hardware), with travel to OSATs for support.

**Must-have skills: **

  • Electrical/electronic/computer/mechatronics engineering background

  • Understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods

  • C++ programming experience

  • Ability to work hands-on and data-driven; independent learning

  • Strong communication and willingness to travel

**Nice-to-haves: **

  • ETS88 / ASL1000 test development experience

  • Internship experience

Job Description

Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components. Ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions at our OSATs. Work closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software and hardware). Travel to our OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.

Education And Professional Experience

Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering. Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods. Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Individual with internship experience will be a plus. ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
