Full Description
We are looking for an Embedded Tester to support one of our automotive clients in hands-on vehicle testing and debugging. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hardware, investigating issues in vehicles and analysing communication between electronic systems.
Location: Slovakia (Bratislava)
Project start: ASAP
Project duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Work type: On-site Responsibilities Perform hands-on testing and debugging of embedded systems in vehicles. Connect to Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and investigate their behaviour. Monitor and analyse communication between ECUs using relevant automotive protocols. Identify, reproduce and document issues related to software, hardware and system communication. Support root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues. Verify implemented fixes and report test results. Requirements Experience in embedded testing, preferably within the automotive industry. Confidence working directly with hardware, vehicle electronics and test equipment. Practical experience connecting to ECUs and performing diagnostics. Understanding of automotive communication protocols and experience analysing communication traces. A structured approach to troubleshooting and documenting findings. Independence, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to technical challenges. Fluency in written and spoken English.
