- Create, run, and maintain test cases for AI applications

Must-have skills:
- Attention to detail and logical/analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of software/application behavior
- Strong written communication for bug reports/documentation

- Prior exposure to QA practices or testing concepts (even via projects/internships)

Full Description

Riafy Technologies is looking for a QA Analyst Trainee to join our Kochi office and test AI-powered products. Freshers and recent graduates (0-1 years of experience) are welcome. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kochi.

About the role You will test AI-powered applications to make sure they are accurate, consistent, reliable, and easy to use in real-world situations. You will also use AI tools in your daily work, for example to help create test cases, review outputs, and document issues, while applying your own judgement to check that the results are right. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and eager to learn how AI and software systems actually work.

What you'll do

Create and run test cases for AI applications
Test workflows, scenarios, and edge cases
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and consistency
Use AI tools to speed up testing and reporting, and verify what they produce
Identify issues in logic, data, and system behavior
Document bugs clearly and work with developers to get them fixed
