We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help us deliver reliable, high-quality software. You’ll build and maintain automated test solutions, collaborate with teams across the business, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA practices.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for regression, performance, load, security, and other testing needs.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
Use established automation estimation techniques to estimate implementation and maintenance work.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and report on test execution and defects.
Ensure automated tests align with business requirements and application features.
Maintain and enhance the automation test environment, ensuring it is reliable and scalable.
Stay current with automation tools, techniques, and best practices.
Guide and support manual QA engineers as they transition to automated testing.
Follow QA and automation best practices and contribute to improving our QA processes and strategy.
Use internal collaboration tools, including AllAi, to learn about the tools, technologies, and testing methods needed for day-to-day work.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in test automation.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, JUnit, TestNG, or Robot Framework.
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience testing Salesforce applications or working with the Salesforce platform is a plus.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clear, comprehensive automated test scripts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
