Assemble mechanical/electrical robot subassemblies and wiring harnesses

Wire, test, and repair DC power, motors, controllers, sensors, and related electronics; diagnose electrical faults

Flash/configure electronics per procedures, execute test checklists, and document results for deployment readiness

Hands-on mechanical/electrical assembly or repair experience

Systematic electrical troubleshooting and safe battery/powered-system handling

Ability to follow wiring diagrams/test procedures and communicate clearly with engineers

Robotics Assembly & Test Technician / Electromechanical Technician Neuralzome Cybernetics | Mountain View, CA | On-site $30–$40 per hour | Immediate start Initial 30–90 day assignment with possible conversion to a permanent full-time role.
Help us build, test, and prepare robots for real-world deployments. We are looking for a practical, hands-on technician who enjoys assembling hardware, tracing electrical faults, and getting machines working reliably.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assemble robot mechanical and electrical subassemblies.

Build wiring harnesses, crimp connectors, solder, and perform rework and repairs.

Wire and test batteries, DC power systems, motors, motor controllers, relays, sensors, and onboard computers.

Read wiring diagrams and use a multimeter, bench power supply, soldering station, crimpers, and standard shop tools.

Diagnose wiring, connector, sensor, motor, and power faults.

Flash and configure electronics, follow software test procedures, and execute written test checklists.

Document failures, fixes, and test results, and prepare robots for field deployments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly or repair experience.

Careful workmanship, systematic troubleshooting, and safe handling of batteries and powered systems.

Ability to follow diagrams and procedures and communicate clearly with engineers.

Availability to work on-site in Mountain View and start promptly.
Robotics experience is welcome but not required. Relevant experience with EVs/e-bikes, industrial automation, automotive electrical systems, electromechanical equipment, or mechatronics is valuable. Practical skills matter more than a particular degree.
