**Stack/tools: ** Python; test automation; programming (general); SSD/memory storage interfaces and components knowledge (NAND, DRAM, PCIe, NVMe, SATA, SAS)
**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Lead SSD & memory testing team; coordinate/execute test strategies for product quality improvement

Develop and enhance test automation frameworks/scripts (Python-based)

Drive failure analysis and reliability improvements for SSD/NAND/DRAM products
**Must-have skills: **

6–10 years in storage testing and/or manufacturing test and/or embedded firmware; experience leading technical teams

Strong Python/programming skills for test automation

Solid understanding of NAND, DRAM, and relevant storage protocols/interfaces (PCIe, NVMe, SATA, SAS)

Cross-functional problem solving and technical leadership capability

Degree in EE/CE/CS or related field
**Nice-to-haves: **
- Deeper experience across SSD validation/reliability workflows and failure analysis methods (explicitly desired via reliability/failure analysis focus)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

6–10 years of experience in storage testing, embedded firmware, manufacturing test, or test team leadership

Strong skills in Python, programming, and test automation

Good knowledge of NAND, DRAM, PCIe, NVMe, SATA, or SAS

Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional problem-solving
