Full Description
We are seeking a Technical Quality Coordination Leader to oversee quality assurance activities in the Aluminum Machining Department, focusing on the installation and launch of a new Rear Subframe Machining and Assembly Line.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing and guiding technical and quality staff to ensure proactive and reactive quality activities. Leading data collection, analysis, and decision-making processes related to quality issues. Addressing customer plant defects, engine pulls, and daily throughput investigations. Overseeing quality documentation, measurement systems, and in-line gauging tools. Coordinating communication and proactive planning for quality improvements, line capacity, process changes, and model launches. Preparing reports for management and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills Required
Bachelor’s or associate degree, or 6+ years of relevant automotive manufacturing experience. 2-8 years of experience in problem analysis, PDCA cycles, and countermeasure implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software. Strong work ethic, diverse background, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Work conditions: Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and travel domestically and internationally for quality investigations.
