Top 3 responsibilities

Act as focal point for site Special Process rules across internal programs and customer/standard requirements.

Maintain technical qualifications: develop/qualify processes for production/service where output can’t be fully verified later; ensure ongoing manufacturing meets requirements.

Manage testing/calibration and audits: oversee program/new product/chemical testing & calibration; handle customer/internal audits; manage corrective actions and FAI.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsible to ensure application of the site’s Special Processes rules related to all programs; internally and by customer or standard requirements.
Special process: “Any process for production and service provision where the resulting output cannot be verified by subsequent monitoring or measurement. This includes any processes where deficiencies become apparent only after the product is in use or the service has been delivered.”
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to maintain and follow up the site’s technical qualifications Function in an active role as a focal point for the site’s Special Process Identify and implement effective processes to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements Manage customer and internal audits for site qualifications related to special processes Manage, follow up and update the impact from standards evolutions or customer specifications Manage and follow up all testing and calibration of all program, new products and chemicals according to standard requirements Contribute to technical support related to special processes from all departments Define the quality and technical requirements for Metrology activity Treat corrective actions followed by audit non-conformances Create FAI (First Article Inspection)
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree Advanced English 2 years of experience Confident with Excel Meticulous, rigorous, motivated, organized and have a good teamwork attitude Experience in testing or inspection environment
