What You'll Do

🔧 Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Control-M and CMDB tools
🛠️ Manage end-to-end batch scheduling processes and workflows
📈 Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of automation services
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
⚙️ Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for automation platforms
📝 Document processes, configurations, and best practices

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in service automation or related fields
✅ Hands-on expertise with Control-M and CMDB management systems
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
