Job Role: - Security Automation Engineer

Role Summary: - We are seeking a Security by Design Engineer / Security Automation Specialist to strengthen security governance, automate security controls and workflows, and implement AI-driven security analytics and correlation.
Key Responsibilities: - Enhance security governance workflows (ARC/SRP) to address audit and control requirements. Automate security processes, controls, dashboards, metrics, and reporting. Implement AI/ML-driven correlation across multiple security data sources. Support application integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Provide technical/application support, user onboarding, and training. Maintain security procedures, documentation, and SOPs. Track security control effectiveness and audit remediation activities. Support security audits, evidence collection, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements: - Experience in Application Security / Security by Design. Strong knowledge of security workflow automation and process engineering. Experience with AI/ML-based security analytics or data correlation. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, or similar dashboarding tools. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or workflow management platforms. Knowledge of Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Understanding of infrastructure security controls and change management. Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: - CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent security certification. Experience in financial services or other regulated environments. Experience supporting security audits, compliance remediation, and control governance. Familiarity with infrastructure/security change-management processes.
