We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. - Utilize SOQL for data validation and verification during testing processes. - Perform manual and automated testing using tools such as Postman to ensure API functionality and performance. - Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and best practices. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
