JD Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks for industrial automation and engineering software products. Define test strategies, test architectures, test plans, and automation standards across unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing. Develop intelligent AI/LLM-powered testing solutions for test generation, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge retrieval. Implement RAG based systems to leverage product/code knowledge base system Integrate LLM/SLM capabilities into IDEs and engineering/test workflows to improve test development and automation productivity. Develop automation solutions using Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks. Build and integrate AI workflows using LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks. Architect automated testing for Industrial Automation / OT systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs, gateways, drives, controllers, and field devices. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus/Modbus TCP, OPC UA and similar protocols. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, pytest, or similar technologies.
