As a core member of the Testing team, you will support the testing of automation solutions on various platforms. The candidate should have previous experience in working with testing and operations work in automation technologies such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and should have exposure to latest no code low code platforms. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own testing deliverables/timelines, understand various solution components and clearly and effectively communicate results with the team. Success in this role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and completing testing of existing and new solutions including but not limited to developing test cases (positive and negative paths), working with team to gather test data needed, E2E testing, regression testing and tracking/reporting on test results. This position requires detailed documentation and ability to clearly report on results and/or defects as appropriate. A strong working knowledge of JIRA and understanding of Agile project lifecycle is expected.
Test robust server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Actively participate in reviewing user requirements to develop test cases for both positive and negative scenarios Work with team to gather and set up required test data Track test results and defects throughout testing lifecycle Support user acceptance test phase by coordinating with user base for a successful roll out Independently managing multiple projects based on provided priorities to complete testing and provide feedback within given timelines
Degree within: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS or Business & Technology Management or any other equivalent specialization or related technical field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in testing solutions on automation technologies using tools like BluePrism, UiPath, Power Automate etc Hands-on exposure in using test automation tools like Selenium, Test Complete, UFT One etc is a must have Strong understanding of SDLC and legacy technologies like MS Access, mainframe etc Ability to write queries in SQL server to validate test results Experience in testing solutions built on Appian is a huge plus Proficiency in using JIRA and following Agile methodology to deliver solutions Candidates must be intermediate with the valuable skills programming languages listed below.
