Role & seniority: QA Automation Engineer (mid–senior, 5+ years QA experience)
Stack/tools: Java, Selenium, TestNG; front-end/back-end testing; AWS Web Services, REST APIs, Angular; SQL; JIRA, Micro Focus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins; Agile/Waterfall; environment/data management
Design and implement test automation architecture for cloud/web apps; develop custom automation tools; validate end-to-end flows
Create, maintain, and execute test cases from user stories; manage defects to closure; ensure traceability from requirements to automated scripts
Collaborate with squad, track execution, report risks/issues, align with risk/control processes, and ensure environment/data readiness
5+ years QA testing; 4+ years automation experience
Hands-on Selenium with Java and TestNG; front-end & back-end testing
SQL query writing; experience with JIRA, ALM, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins
Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team
Experience with AWS, REST API testing, and Angular apps
Test planning/automation framework design; experience with data governance/testing standards
Onsite/offshore coordination experience
