Role & seniority: Senior QA Automation Engineer (6+ years QA testing; 4+ years automation)
Stack/tools: AWS; REST API; Angular; Java; Selenium; TestNG; SQL; JIRA; Micro Focus ALM; Bitbucket; Git; Jenkins; Agile/Waterfall; front-end & back-end testing
Design and implement test automation architecture for cloud/web apps and drive end-to-end automated test planning and execution
Develop custom tools/utilities for automated validations; maintain traceability from requirements to automated scripts; manage defects to closure
Collaborate with squads, review test cases/automation approach, track execution, report issues/risks, and ensure compliance with processes
6+ years QA testing experience; 4+ years hands-on automation
Selenium with Java and TestNG; strong SQL query skills
Experience with JIRA, ALM, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins; front-end & back-end testing; unit/functional/regression testing; strong debugging, communication, and teamwork
Experience with cloud (AWS), REST API, and Angular
Proficiency with scripting languages; Agile/Hybrid delivery; onsite/offshore coordination; end-to-end SDLC knowledge
