Ensure delivered applications meet business requirements and technical specifications. Review business and functional requirements during design and define the corresponding test cases. Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using recognised automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), covering functional, API, integration, and end-to-end scopes. Define test pre-conditions, prepare test data, and validate test case relevance before execution. Execute automated test cycles (integration, system, UAT) and ensure alignment with expected outcomes. Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects in dedicated tracking tools. Analyse test results and contribute to dashboards, KPIs, and coverage reporting. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks and test processes. Leverage the client's AI tools to generate test cases and test data and to assist script development. Support teams transversally during end-to-end and UAT phases.

How do we imagine our future Test Automation Consultant ?

Bachelor's degree in IT / Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Around 5 years of experience in testing with a strong focus on automation, ideally in the financial industry, mandatory. Hands-on experience with at least one recognised automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent); Playwright is a plus. Experience on financial industry and/or instant payment projects is a strong asset. Solid knowledge of test design methods and standards (ISTQB approach). Scripting skills (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred), SQL, and Linux command line. Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) is a plus. ISTQB certification is a strong plus (ideally Advanced – Test Automation Engineer); ITIL is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, rigorous and result-driven, able to work in multicultural teams. Fluent in French and English, mandatory.
