Full Description

AI Test Lead / Senior AI Tester

Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 7–10 Years

We are looking for a hands-on AI Test Lead / Senior AI Tester to support an AI-driven application modernization initiative. The candidate will build and maintain automated testing, create regression and integration coverage, and use AI/agentic tools to improve test generation and quality engineering.

7–10 years of QA/SDET/Quality Engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and system integration testing.
Experience with AI agents/agentic tools for test generation, automation, review, or maintenance.
Strong automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
Strong API/REST automation and enterprise end-to-end testing experience.
Experience building regression and system integration test coverage.
Strong knowledge of test strategy, risk-based testing, defect management, RCA, and CI/CD quality gates.
Working knowledge of Java or .NET, SQL/databases, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of LDAP, Okta, authentication/authorization, and token-based security.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs using repeatable acceptance criteria and human validation.

Reverse-engineer application behavior and create risk-based regression/integration strategies.
Build automated functional, API, integration, security, and end-to-end test suites.
Create and refine AI agents for test scenario generation, test data, coverage analysis, defect triage, and regression maintenance.
Validate application behavior during Java/runtime, infrastructure, database, middleware, and security modernization.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
