  • Support student needs across varied school settings during approximately 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.

    • Ability to pass required written exams for Instructional Assistant (or use AA degree in lieu of testing).

    • Experience working with students requiring support in behavior/communication/social skills.

    • Ability to follow guidance from special education teachers; classroom support competence.

    • Provide 2 recent written letters of recommendation (attach via edjoin.org).

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience working with autistic students (preferred).

    • Prior success on Instructional Assistant general/special education tests (avoids re-testing).
