Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend/API Developer with a strong emphasis on Automation App Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing tools and a solid understanding of the full development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can automate tests across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs. Implement and execute automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, ParaSoft, and Robot Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development process. Manage and track issues and defects throughout the development lifecycle. Utilize test case management packages to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in in-sprint test automation efforts to enhance testing efficiency. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

6+ years of experience in Automation Testing tools (Selenium, ParaSoft, DB testing). Strong knowledge of Robot Framework. Demonstrated experience in automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies. Hands-on experience with Issue and Defect Management. Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java). Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience in performance testing and security testing. Knowledge of cloud services and microservices architecture.

Qualifications
