We are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer who is eager to contribute to building high-quality software solutions, drive innovation in testing practices, and continuously improve automation frameworks in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

• Integrate AI-powered testing tools to improve efficiency and defect detection

• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and support issue resolution

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation and AI/ML-based testing solutions

• Develop and maintain test data, environments, and documentation

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices

• Monitor and report on test execution, coverage, and quality metrics

• Review software specifications and testing procedures

• Create, update, and execute automated test scripts

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field

• Strong programming skills in Python (3+ years of experience)

• Good analytical skills for complex problem solving

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks

• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)

• Experience in development, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Good understanding of Embedded Systems and Automotive products

• Understanding of software and hardware architecture across platforms

• Knowledge of Telematics domains (OTA, GNSS, E-Call, 4G/5G, WiFi, V2X, Remote Services, Security)

• Experience with test methods, processes, and tools

• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)

• Understanding of diagnostic communication in electronic control units

• Familiarity with V-model development process

• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (automation, data analysis, etc.)

• Strong team player mindset with a proactive attitude

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification and ASPICE knowledge

• Experience with Python frameworks such as Robot or PyCharm-based environments

• Hands-on experience with automation scripting in Python

• Experience with tools such as Jira or IBM toolsets

• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments

• Hardware experience with different test setups

• Knowledge of ALM tools
