**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Validate end-to-end HR and Payroll workflows (e.g., hire-to-retire employee lifecycle)

Verify payroll calculations: deductions, taxes, and benefits; ensure correct system behavior

Ensure compliance with labor laws/statutory regulations; manage defects through lifecycle

Must-have skills:

Strong functional/manual testing experience

HRMS/HCM and payroll domain knowledge

Test planning in terms of scenarios/cases; regression and UAT support

Defect tracking and test execution using Jira/Bugzilla/TestRail/ALM
