**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Design/build the UI test automation framework (Gherkin feature files, Pytest fixtures, Playwright config, resilient Page Object Model).
Implement and maintain automation for key functional areas (record management, creation/modification flows, watchlists, multi-evaluator assessments, campaign tracking, scope configuration, reporting).
Reduce UI test flakiness and run/triage suites in staging to distinguish real defects from test issues; maintain trustworthiness over app changes.

We are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join us.

What you will do

Design and build the automation framework: Gherkin feature files, Pytest fixtures, Playwright configuration and a Page Object Model that survives UI changes. Automate the eight agreed functional areas, covering record management, creation and modification flows, watchlists, multi-evaluator assessments, campaign tracking, scope configuration and reporting views. Keep flakiness down on a UI with dynamic elements, using Playwright auto-waiting and locator strategies that do not break on every release. Work with the DevOps engineer on the CI/CD pipeline, the Dockerized test environment, parallel execution and Allure reporting. Run the full suite in staging, triage failures, and tell real defects apart from test defects. Maintain the suite as the application changes, so the regression run stays trustworthy enough that people act on it.

Write the documentation: running tests locally, pipeline setup and troubleshooting. Work with the application's developer to get access, understand workflows and data structures, and clear blockers early rather than late.
