Develop and maintain automated tests for APIs, UI, and end-to-end workflows (Cypress)

Full Description
🚀 Join our team in Bucharest and help ensure the quality of a modern cloud-native platform built on microservices, containers, and enterprise-scale infrastructure automation.
What you'll do
- 🔹 Work in a balanced QA role combining 50% test automation and 50% manual testing
- 🔹 Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for APIs, UI, and end-to-end workflows using Cypress
- 🔹 Create and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements
- 🔹 Validate new features, integrations, and platform releases across complex environments
- 🔹 Investigate issues through log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis
- 🔹 Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to improve product quality and test coverage
What we're looking for
- ✅ Experience in both manual and automation testing
- ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and JavaScript
- ✅ Experience testing REST APIs and working with JSON payloads
- ✅ Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
- ✅ Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence
- ✅ Understanding of microservices architectures and cloud environments
- ✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
