We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with teams to improve product quality. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Learning and applying software testing methodologies and tools.
Assisting in manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues.
Writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Collaborating with Cross functional teams, designers, developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve software quality.
Documenting and reporting defects using bug-tracking tools.
Performing basic functional, regression, and usability testing.
Continuously learning and developing skills in QA automation tools and frameworks.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SKILLS

Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Knowledge of manual testing processes, planning test sceneries, test cases, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Test planning, Bug Reporting, Usability Testing and eagerness to learn automation testing.
Knowledge and understanding in the tools like Jira, Bugzilla is a plus .
Knowledge on the preparing documentation and MS office(Excel, word, power point).
Familiarity with programming languages like Html, CSS, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Basic understanding of SQL for database testing.
Exposure to testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman for API testing .
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
