As we continue to strengthen our Quality Assurance function, we are actively seeking detail-oriented, curious, and quality-driven graduates to join our QA team as Trainee QA Engineers. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work on real-world software applications, collaborate closely with experienced QA and development professionals, and build a strong foundation in software testing, quality engineering, and test automation practices.

Role Overview We are looking for freshers or trainee candidates who have completed formal courses or training in Software Testing and Quality Assurance and have a strong interest in software quality and testing methodologies. Exposure to Automation Testing concepts and a good understanding of QA fundamentals and testing life cycles will be considered an added advantage. Candidates who are eager to learn, apply their training in real-world projects, and grow as QA professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities Assist in manual and automation testing of web and/or mobile applications Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements Support in developing and maintaining automation test scripts Identify, log, and track defects and collaborate with developers for timely resolution Participate in test planning, test execution, and regression testing Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports

Skill Set & Educational Background

Must Have Skills Completed formal course or training in Software Testing / Quality Assurance Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies

Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, including

• Test case and test scenario design
• Test execution and defect reporting
• Defect life cycle
• Basic exposure to Automation Testing concepts and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Understanding of web application testing fundamentals
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Good to Have Skills Hands-on practice in writing or executing automation test scripts Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, or performance testing concepts Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies Good verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification Graduation completed in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Candidates who have completed certification courses in Manual and/or Automation Testing will be preferred
