Jr. Software Tester (0 - 1 Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Jr. Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn automation tools and testing processes.

Write, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications.
Identify, report, and track bugs using defect management tools.
Follow defined testing processes and quality standards for projects.
Conduct different types of testing such as System Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and testing activities.
Continuously learn and explore new testing tools and technologies.

0–1 year of experience in Manual Testing / QA (including internships or academic projects).
Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases.
Exposure to Web Application Testing or Mobile Application Testing.
Basic knowledge or practice with Selenium Automation Tool.
Understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and Defect/Bug Life Cycle.
Experience in performing System Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment (academic or internship level is acceptable).
Any QA certification or testing course will be an added advantage.
