Role Description This on-site Software Testing Internship role is based in Tiruvalla. Interns will support the testing team by reviewing requirements, creating and documenting test cases, and executing tests on healthcare software applications. Daily tasks include reporting defects, assisting with test management activities, and working closely with developers to validate fixes and improvements. Interns will help maintain testing documentation, participate in team meetings, and learn best practices in software quality assurance. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional environment with mentoring and guidance from experienced team members. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Test Cases and Test Execution for functional and regression testing. Candidates should possess skills in Test Management and Testing processes to support organized and efficient test cycles. Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development concepts to understand system behavior and workflows. Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA tools is beneficial. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting issues. Ability to work on-site in Tiruvalla and collaborate in a team-based environment. Relevant coursework or academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
